CAR LUX is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (FT) Near Inglewood, CA
BDC representatives, or business development center representatives, are responsible for identifying and securing new sales leads, and maintaining client relationships.
Hourly Bonuses
- Improve engagement and relationship building with phone ups and other leads and raise appointment conversion rates for sales.
- Expectations: Booking 80-100 leads a month.
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries using Facebook, OfferUp and Dealer Pro.
- Logging customer details and comments into CRM.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Eliminate or reduce missed calls, hang ups, and other mishaps, especially during periods of high call and floor traffic volumes. Return any missed calls.
- Follow the “round robin” procedures by not playing favorites to any one sales person.
- Deliver more consistent and persistent follow-up, and drive retention CALL-TEXT-EMAIL!
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
